Sleepless night


It’s not an easy job to deal with the sleepless night everyday specially these days youth it’s not only me who is only dealing with it. There are various reason maybe, lack of exercise, lack of proper and peaceful environment and many many but in my context specially when there is no internet after 10 i thought of writing article about why do youths don’t sleep at night, and the problems they face. The first thing is availablity of many resources and thats obvious we are living in future, but generation gap with parents might cause this problem. If you are having some problem sharing with someone close might also help, or consult any docter, why you are not getting proper sleep at night.
Beside that do some research within yourself with the things that are available to you. Does your friends sleep at time? What makes you tension free and go to bed and many more. Another reason might also be lack of proper fooding, when your hungry nobody gets a sleep. So do whats best for you well i am still figuring mines 👑

Hacks to deal with pollution

Kathmandu is city which is coaxial and rapidly speeding with population and with population Pollution hits us so badly. We hardly can survive in afternoon. Here are the top 10 hacks to help u skip the pollution, for skin and health.
1. Wearing mask: Wearing mask is the must it protects you from getting bad throat and what not.
2. Wearing sunscreen: having uneven skin tan due to pollution is common in ktm. So make sure u update the skin care routine.
3. Wearing sunglasses: i agree it makes your sight dark but it's​ gonna protect tour eyes. 
4. Once a week trick: Scrub your skin and deep nourish your scalp makes you feel good.
5. Drink lots of water: drinking water has so many benfits and it can make yout mood happy too. 
6. Cover your hair with scarf or shwal: nobody likes dirty hair, and dandruff so covet your hair while ur outside.
7. Appetite: Avoid eating food in front 
of roads, they may contain lots of bacteria and what not u dont want them inside u
8. Following healthy routine: like taking shower regularly in evening.
